Privacy
This is a one-page portfolio site. It has no accounts, no shop, no comments and no analytics.
What this site collects
Nothing. There is no contact form, no tracking script, no advertising pixel and no cookie of any kind. Nothing is stored in your browser and no profile is built about you.
Server logs
The hosting provider records ordinary access logs — IP address, timestamp, requested file, browser user agent. These are created automatically to deliver the page and to keep the server secure. They are not linked to you as a person and are not used for marketing.
Google Fonts
The typeface is loaded from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Your IP address is transmitted to Google to deliver the font file. If you would rather that did not happen, block those hosts — the page still works, in a fallback typeface.
If you email or call
Writing to hello@damian-mathew.com or calling the number on the front page means your message and contact details are kept for as long as needed to answer you and to meet Polish record-keeping duties. They are not passed to anyone else, sold, or used for marketing.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to how it is used, or complain to a supervisory authority. In Poland that is the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa. To exercise any of these, email the address above.
