What this site does not do
No cookies. No analytics. No third-party trackers. No contact form. No external resources are loaded — fonts, images and audio are all served from this domain.
Server logs
The site's hosting provider records standard server logs for each request: IP address, time, requested URL, HTTP status, user-agent and referrer. These are processed on the basis of legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for operating and securing the site, and are retained only as long as needed for those purposes.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, operated by Cloudflare, Inc. (San Francisco, CA, USA). Requests therefore pass through Cloudflare's global infrastructure, which may include locations outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. More: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
If you write to hello@damian-mathew.com, your message and email address are used solely to reply (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in answering correspondence). I keep messages only as long as the conversation needs.
